A comma is a  a pause between parts of a sentence.

This is what Gymnase is to its clients, a pause for them to breathe, and then to continue on with their life.

This sentence came to me while working on this brand with its founder and operator, Maude Smith Gagnon, it embodies her belief in what training is and how personal health should be approached. The colour is a warm hazel, it’s natural and gender-free and welcoming for all. The wordmark is a bespoke serif font that has bee stencilled to illustrate a rugged yet elegant, ownable look.
